PROJECTS

Take a look at some of my projects in the past. Includes Web Design, packaging and brand design.

FORTRESS

BOXING

I worked with Fortress Boxing, a UK brand doing exciting things in the boxing space, to redesign the packaging for their Fastwraps gloves. The new boxes are already rolling out.

The brief was to create a clean, consistent, and premium system that elevated the unboxing experience. We used a single white print colour, which made layout and contrast key design tools.

Inside the box, we included a 3-step visual guide, key product benefits, and clear icons to help customers understand the product quickly.

We also created Champion Cards, each featuring a real fight and offering a different discount, to add collectability and excitement to the unboxing experience.

I also designed packaging for the K Guard and Compression Wraps, keeping the visual language consistent across all products. A great project that combined design, storytelling, and smart production thinking.

Britannia

superfine

I have been working with Britannia since 2019. Since then, I have been the lead in creating their current product line designs of 70 products in the Chocolate, Sugar and Confectionary sector.

Internally, I also focused on designing and establishing brand new Brand Guidelines to be used in all communication and marketing sectors of the business.

The designs for these products had to be led by market research, consumer trends and demographic appeal, something on which I focused on during the design process. I also worked closely with the Purchasing and Sales director in order to ensure that the design of the of products represented Britannia’s mission. Furthermore, there was the added pressure that these products and designs would be seen by millions of people in major UK supermerkets.

The packaging design also had to align with our printing process and partners. I worked closely with our printing partners and Technical Director to ensure that all designs would be suitable for press printing and push the envelope on what we can do.

I also designed, and built the Britannia Superfine website in order to bring it in line with the new brand guidelines and designs.

Timvet

Mobile Vets

Timvet, a Mobile Veterinary Practice based in Addlestone reached out to me for a website. They felt like they were missing a big portion of potential customers due to the lack of internet presence.

The design and development of this website was focused around generating as much exposure and presenting the practice to the world. The Timvet mission above all is to provide a calm and professional experience for his clients and their pets, something which led the presentation of Timvet in this website.

Beyond the design of the website, I also focused strongly on SEO and Google Business Profile presence in order to maximise the exposure Timvet recieved organically, without any use of paid search ads.

Lastly, I designed a new logo for Timvet with a strong focus on customers what Timvet is and be scalable for a number of uses.

We focused on creating appealing posters for upcoming Boxing bouts, while also creating designs that appealed to the entire NotJustBoxing audience and drove up engagement.

UOP BOXING CLUB

During my time as President at the University of Portsmouth Boxing club, beyond focusing on managing the club and ensuring that the club’s mission along with my goals for the club were achieved, I also had to work on creating media for our social channels, specifically to advertise our home shows held in Portsmouth and BUCS (British Universities and Colleges Sport) Boxing events held at home in Portsmouth.

The aim of the social media posts were to drive up engagement with our followers, raise the level of attention on the events and to encourage ticket sales for the events.

The media created also had to be adapted to different platforms as they were showcased on different screens and were also printed. The posters also set out a design language to be followed all throughout the marketing campaign for the event.

COPILOT

CoPilot was a project for my 3rd Year Major Project in my Graphic Design Course.

CoPilot is an alternative to Carplay and Android Auto and was built with the idea of being a cross-platform system that would address some issues present in Carplay and Android Auto while reducing cognitive load and the amount of attention for use needed by the driver.

Through Journal Article, laws and studies research I focused strongly on creating a simple, uniform and efficient design that achieved the goals set out at the start of this project.

Gaining valuable skills in UX, I was able to better understand the world of UX design and the responsability designers carry when designing a system of this nature.
